1. Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay as secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@vanciaga.com if you need assistance.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. Vanciaga only ships within Canada.

Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on all orders.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please email support@vanciaga.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


4. Products

Q: Are your products authentic and new?
A: Yes. All items sold at Vanciaga are 100% new, unused, and authentic. We do not sell second-hand or refurbished products.

Q: What if the item I received is defective or damaged?
A: Please contact us at support@vanciaga.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
