Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (final sale)
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
- Contact us at support@vanciaga.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions, and the returns should be sent to our processing center in the U.S.: 2201 Menaul Blvd NE Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Vanciaga will cover the return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products.
